1. With the budgets, strategic planning, open board meetings, minutes posted publicly, and email blasts/VO Voice, I’m unclear where the board is not being transparent. Communication is a 2 way street, the info is there if you are willing to get it and not demand special treatment to be spoon-fed like a child.

   • The Board need an open disscussion forum like this one. That will never happen as they do not want disscussion on contentious issues and are very unlikely to post owner submitted topics.

   • I definitely appreciate the dissenting opinion. With these being user created/submitted polls they will obviously be coming from a particular perspective as we all have them & thats okay.. as long as dissenting opinions are not only allowed but encouraged in the comment section (as it seems they are). However I do think your adding the condescending last sentence/remark that you did is doing your dissenting viewpoint an injustice. I could already see your valid points quite clearly before you added the “needing to be spoon-fed like a child” closing remark. That just left a negative picture of you in my mind that may or may not be true. You are of course free to continue writing as you please, just thought you may want to know how it comes off.

     • Let’s be democratic and listen to others viewpoints otherwise you may view yourself as part of the problem.

2. I frankly don’t see what has to be a secret from the homeowners. It is all of ours association and the fact that the board can just randomly make rules for all of is, is wrong. Items need to be voted on my all of us when it is regarding all of us.

3. It’s time to change the Dictorial structure of our POA.
