What a great event karen Tsao Kennedy organized. VO based businesses showcasing their products and services. We really do have a wealth of entrepreneurs living in our community. There really was a bit of everything here, from pet sitting to a brewery.
When you go on social media and read of these events, it just doesn’t compare to the warm atmosphere you experience by actually being there. The enthusiasm and energy showed by the venders left me nothing less than amazed, that, all these warm hearted people are in essence my neighbors.
A very special shout out has to go to the young lady selling her home made cookies. I have never witnessed anyone who was more proud of her achievements as she excitedly declared “I cooked them myself”.
The icing on the cake from this event is, not only did it cost our POA nothing to produce.The organizer Karen Tsao Kennedy made a profit of $1,107.37 which she instantly donated to The Humane Society of New Braunfels.
